Recipe for Success
Using the process-driven Safe-Switch methodology, we have most recently worked with two key customers in the UK to transform their Oracle estate.
The first of these, a very large exhibitions and seminars organisation, has completely transformed its Oracle E-Business Suite environment from an ageing and costly project management and ERP tool, to a cost-efficient, agile, and mission-critical business-operations application. With a global ULA, this customer also took the opportunity, working with Data Intensity, to make sure it was using Oracle programs in a compliant and cost-efficient fashion.
When Data Intensity identified that the ULA, held by global owners, did not contain all of the appropriate parent programs required by the sister company, the company sprang into action to make sure that the correct licenses and modules were procured. Both performance and compliance benefits were achieved by working with the customer’s trusted partner, Data Intensity.
Additionally, during a significant transition program, Data Intensity worked tirelessly to introduce a large oil and gas supplier into the Data Intensity Managed Services Program (MSP) in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. This transition produced significant infrastructure and management overheads for the company and has provided it with the agility and flexibility to grow and shrink capacity as necessary, all under the watchful eye of an approved and certified Oracle Cloud Partner, Data Intensity.
