Shawn Peralta

co-Chief Executive Officer

Shawn is a hands-on leader with over 35 years of experience in finance, human resources, and operations in the technology services arena. He owns a particular level of success working with technology services companies during periods of accelerated growth. As co-CEO, Shawn leads our global teams in HR, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing with a focus on financial and people excellence while driving profitable growth.

Prior to joining Data Intensity, Shawn spent 11 years as VP and Controller at Covansys, managing a 20-fold growth during his tenure. Most recently, Shawn spent eight years as CFO of Secure-24 / NTT Managed Services, leading the company through a substantial growth and profitability period. He has led multiple acquisitions, created unique and innovative HR programs, as well as completed successful ERP system implementations and enhancements.

Shawn graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit and earned his CPA at Arthur Anderson.

At Data Intensity, John leads the Sales, Marketing, and Channels teams, and is responsible for creating cohesive, forward-thinking strategies to enhance client engagement.
