Sales Director – Northeast

Position Summary and Responsibilities

This role is essential to increase profitability of the business as departments develop and grow.

Develop sales add-ons, services, licenses within the business database and also new accounts through partnerships, collaboration and innovative methods.

In developing and growing sales may also include connecting with some of the following;

  •   Investigate sectors, industry to search for suitable targeted sales
  •   Generate and provide clients with reports, data and options
  •   Making and taking calls dealing with queries, projects, information and advising through technical support
  •   Conduct presentations, face to face meetings, conference calls, direct calls and attend marketing events
  •   Create marketing events such as Webinar. Search for areas such as web site hits to talk to potential clients

Ensure CRM data bases are completed, organised and sales leads followed up to closure. Write letters, email and assist in all communications as and when required.

Knowledge and Experience

  •   Able to assist clients with projects
  •   A good base knowledge of Software and applications
  •   Knowledge of Managed Services / Professional Services
  •   A sound knowledge of Oracle would be advantageous
  •   Closing and Pre-closing sales
  •   Good Understanding of the US Markets
