Data Intensity Appoints Curtis Hampshire as SVP of Global Service Delivery and Paul Shortell as SVP of Professional Services and Consulting

Seasoned veterans strengthen leadership team, bringing industry expertise to support company growth and customer service excellence

BEDFORD, Mass. – November 10, 2015 – Data Intensity today announced two key additions to the company’s executive leadership team. Curtis Hampshire has joined Data Intensity as the SVP of global service delivery and will lead the delivery of all managed services and support to customers. As the new SVP of professional services and consulting, Paul Shortell will focus on the growth and development of that business. Both bring deep leadership and industry experience to their respective roles.

Hampshire is responsible for the delivery of Data Intensity’s managed services portfolio to customers, as well as ensuring Data Intensity’s customers receive the highest levels of service and value across the entire set of service offerings. Before joining Data Intensity, Hampshire led service management for North America at SunGard Availability Services. Prior to that, he spent 14 years leading the global operations, application services, PMO and enterprise solutions organizations at USi/AT&T. Throughout his impressive 17 years in the application and infrastructure management industry, Hampshire has become known as a highly customer-focused executive with a passion for driving customer success.

Shortell will focus on the delivery of value to Data Intensity customers across its professional services practices – including the continued development of thought leadership, tools, training and methodology. He spent 25 years in a variety of consulting and professional services leadership roles at Oracle. As Oracle’s SVP of North America consulting, Shortell was responsible for its enterprise applications consulting practices, including teams focused on consulting, implementation, BI and data analytics, and industry services. In that capacity, he served as an executive sponsor for some of Oracle’s largest and most complex professional services customers. Most recently, Shortell was the SVP of customer services for Axway, where he led the business unit supporting the deployment of cloud-enabled tools to facilitate the flow of data across customer enterprises.
