Steve Shea
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer

Steve Shea is a seasoned financial executive. He has held various positions in accounting and finance, including chief financial officer, treasurer, and corporate secretary of Media 100 Inc., a publicly traded high technology company serving the digital video marketplace.

Shea was instrumental in driving the market capitalization of Media 100 from $40 million to over $600 million through six acquisitions of both publicly traded and private companies. Mr. Shea has acquired companies with a purchase price of more than $100 million, sold businesses and raised capital to fund operations and expansion plans.

Shea received a master's degree in finance from Boston College and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Bryant College.
